Lab Test Retrieval

In order to provide a higher level of service to our patients, we are implementing LabCalls, a personalized test result system. LabCalls will provide your test results in a time most convenient for you to retrieve them. You can call out test result number (1-877-678-1215) or visit our website (www.mytestresults.com) to obtain your test results.

• Allow~2 weeks for lab results
• Allow~3 weeks for pap smears

When we perform certain medical test for you, you will receive a Unique Identification Number (UID), which is you Social Security Number, and a Personal Identification Number (PIN), which is your birthdate. Once the test results have returned, you can call our test result number or visit our website, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and hear your results using you UID and PIN and our customer number (545499).
