Appointment Reminders

Because we are looking to improve service to our patients, we have implemented an appointment reminder system (HouseCalls™) to provide you with the courtesy of a timely, efficient reminder of your next appointment.

Our appointment reminder system will call you at home a few days prior to your next visit to confirm the day, date and time of your appointment. You will be able to confirm your appointment by using your telephone keypad and pressing the 1 key to confirm, the 2 key to replay or the 3 key to leave a message for our office. If you are unavailable when the call is made and have voicemail or an answering machine, the system will leave you a brief message.
